I created this website with the intent to learn new things and show off, this was written every day for the few free hours i had along a few months. I have included various visual effects i learned to create.
The most overdone type of project, does what is expected:
Definetly a huge breakthrough in web design
On a less cynical note, something i started doing in this project was using css variables to keep a consistent visual identity on the project, plus it kept me from adding a comically large amount of different colors and made avoiding choice paralysis easier.
None use private API keys, i wanted to avoid unforeseen consequences.
This project was my first forée into emplying APIs in my projects, yes technically these
are not the only type of APIs, but for simplification this is what i have reffered to
them as.
This was a good learning experience as to be brutally honest using these things sounds
very complicated.
It's a script written in python that uses selenium to automate clicking, waiting for an element to pop up and calculating what to sell and how much
As my first python project it is quite rough, it was was planned to be a command line tool, but making that sounded too complicated, so i decided on making it just a script that requires a configuration file to be set up.
Sadly due to the nature of the game's updates the script is both hard an easy to update, hard because every. single. update. requires a remapping of where the elements are located, something will usually break no matter what.
Though in my great wisdom i saw that happening and tried to keep everything simple to update and well documented so any maintainer can just locate and update the positions.
